USO THRIVES
USO THRIVES is a comprehensive personal and professional development program for system office employees. THRIVES develops individuals who are:
- Talent-focused
- Healthy
- Reputable
- Innovative
- Vision-minded
- Engaged
- Service-oriented
USO THRIVES programs range from one-time sessions on more general leadership topics to a seven-month long, cohort based program to deepen leadership skills and competence. USO THRIVES is currently made up of 4 programs: Great Start, Great Basics, Great from the Middle, and Great Management. USO employees should visit the USO THRIVES SharePoint for additional details and to RSVP for events.
THRIVES Podcast
The THRIVES Podcast is hosted by Wendi and produced by Traci. In each episode, Wendi is joined by a guest to share their leadership journey, discuss their role in the system, and explain how they are thriving at this point in time.
