Project Overview

The objective of the Human Resource Data Element Dictionary (HR DED) project is to update and complete definitions for elements of the HR DED for the OneUSG context both in terms of the source system (PeopleSoft) and shared business practices.

Project Benefits

Definitions for the HR DED will be updated to reflect the current OneUSG HR unified platform (PeopleSoft).

Improved service to employees, more efficient consistent business practices, and accurate data that enables efficient, accurate reporting.

USG institutions will be provided with guidance and help ensure compliance with the USG Business Procedure Manual Section 12.3.2 Data Elements and Data Definitions Documentation.
