Project Overview
This is a discovery project that will focus on capturing current institutional practices, procedures, policies, and business processes within each USG State College by conducting a series of discovery workshops facilitated by Ellucian. The objective of this engagement is to obtain a feasibility study on utilizing the single instance Banner Shared Technology Platform for the USG State College segment and to produce recommended potential improvements towards standardization to prepare for the Unified ERP implementation.
